You place an order in our shop by following these steps.

1) Click the “Add to cart” button to place the item in your shopping cart without obligation.

2) Click the “Shopping cart” button to view all the items you have added to your shopping cart. You can also delete items or change the quantity here.

3) If you would like to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click “Proceed to checkout”. You will then be taken to the ordering process.

4) First, enter your delivery and payment details during the ordering process.

5) Before submitting your order, you will see an overview of all the details of your intended order on the review page (in particular, the billing and delivery address, product, price, quantity, and payment method). You will be asked to confirm that your details are correct. You can also correct or change your order details here by clicking the relevant buttons.

6) Click the “Place order with obligation to pay” button to submit your order to us. This constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase contract with us.

You make a binding offer by completing the online ordering process and entering the requested details, then clicking the “Place order with obligation to pay” button in the final step.

After you submit your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (order receipt confirmation).
